What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful 1-1 conversational tool where I guide you through reflections and systemic questions from where you are to where you want to go. It’s the art of thinking out loud and ultimately creating more freedom for yourself. The topic can be whatever you bring to the table:

QUALIFICATIONS
Coaching is not a regulated industry.
This means that technically, everyone can call themselves a coach. In order to provide standards and true effectiveness, organisations such as the ICF (International Coaching Federation) implemented guidelines to guarantee highest quality according to newest scientific research.
My first coach training is from Awaken Coach Institute and recognised as an ICF level 1 training provider, which means I adhere to the ICF core competencies in my practice. On top of that, I completed an additional training in emTrace (for in-depth emotion-focused coaching) and an NLP (neurolinguistic practitioner) training at Fritsch Akademie Berlin.

Not at all. Coaching is not only for challenges – it’s for anyone who wants to reflect and grow. Many clients use it as a regular space to sort their thoughts and gain perspective, just like training your body at the gym.
Often, what first feels like “just a thought” reveals deeper patterns or tensions during coaching. Because we look at them early, these challenges don’t need to grow into bigger problems – they can be addressed with clarity and ease.
We meet online in a safe and professional space. I listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and guide you through reflection. You bring your thoughts, I hold the space so you can dive deeper, see clearly, and discover new ways forward. Obviously, if you have a specific topic, you’ll come with that and we tackle it from there, checking what might be standing in the way between where you are and where you’d like to be.
A typical session is 60 minutes. Some clients come weekly, others bi-weekly or monthly – it depends on your goals and rhythm. Together we’ll find a pace that works for you.
I coach in English, German and Russian.
